Here’s how the event will work:

• We will gather at Mighty Functional Fitness Studio, located at 8804 3rd Avenue inside The Green Spa

• Participants will enjoy light, healthy refreshments along with simple wellness activities and tips

• Each participant will receive a Wellness Passport featuring participating local merchants

• Strollers will walk along 3rd Avenue and visit participating businesses for shopping incentives and/or wellness activities

• At each stop, passports will be stamped or initialed

• Strollers will then return to Mighty Functional Fitness Studio

• Upon return, participants receive one raffle ticket for each merchant visited

• The more merchants visited, the more raffle tickets — and the more chances to win prizes
